Commitment: We process all eligible refunds within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Refund Policy

Sabaland Yemeni Honey is committed to ensuring you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will refund your payment in full.

Refund Eligibility

  • ✓ Defective or damaged product on delivery
  • ✓ Wrong product delivered
  • ✓ Order not delivered within 15 business days
  • ✓ Product packaging tampered/broken on arrival
  • ✗ Change of mind (buyer's remorse)
  • ✗ Product opened/used
  • ✗ Claim made after 7 days of delivery

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used during purchase:

  • UPI Payment: Refund to the same UPI ID within 5-7 business days
  • Bank Transfer: Direct bank transfer within 7-10 business days
  • COD Orders: Bank transfer or UPI transfer (bank details required)

Refund Process

Step 1: Contact us on WhatsApp 7078940046 with your order ID and photos of the issue.

Step 2: Our team reviews your claim within 24-48 hours.

Step 3: If approved, you will receive a refund confirmation message.

Step 4: Refund is credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, only a partial refund may be granted (if only part of the order is affected, or if the product shows signs of use).

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Products returned without contacting us first
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse
  • Claims made after the 7-day window
  • Opened honey or herbal products (food safety regulations)

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund within the stated timeframe:

  • Check your bank account or UPI app again
  • Contact your bank or UPI provider
  • If still unresolved, contact us on WhatsApp immediately
