Sabaland Yemeni Honey is committed to ensuring you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will refund your payment in full.
Refund Eligibility
- ✓ Defective or damaged product on delivery
- ✓ Wrong product delivered
- ✓ Order not delivered within 15 business days
- ✓ Product packaging tampered/broken on arrival
- ✗ Change of mind (buyer's remorse)
- ✗ Product opened/used
- ✗ Claim made after 7 days of delivery
Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used during purchase:
- UPI Payment: Refund to the same UPI ID within 5-7 business days
- Bank Transfer: Direct bank transfer within 7-10 business days
- COD Orders: Bank transfer or UPI transfer (bank details required)
Refund Process
Step 1: Contact us on WhatsApp 7078940046 with your order ID and photos of the issue.
Step 2: Our team reviews your claim within 24-48 hours.
Step 3: If approved, you will receive a refund confirmation message.
Step 4: Refund is credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, only a partial refund may be granted (if only part of the order is affected, or if the product shows signs of use).
Non-Refundable Situations
- Products returned without contacting us first
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
- Claims made after the 7-day window
- Opened honey or herbal products (food safety regulations)
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund within the stated timeframe:
- Check your bank account or UPI app again
- Contact your bank or UPI provider
- If still unresolved, contact us on WhatsApp immediately
