Eligible Returns
You may return a product within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product arrived damaged or defective
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product packaging was tampered or broken upon arrival
- The product is completely unopened and unused
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Opened or partially used honey/herbal products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
- Products returned after 7 days of delivery
- Products damaged due to improper use or storage
- Products without original packaging or labels
How to Return

Step 2: Share your order number, photos of the product, and reason for return.
Step 3: Our team will verify and authorize the return within 24 hours.
Step 4: Ship the product back to the address provided by our team.
Step 5: Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the product.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we will bear the return shipping cost. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
